Realestate.com.au Makes Finding And Agent to Sell Your Home Very Easy

In the book titled "Zillow Talk: Rewriting the Rules of Real Estate" written by Zillow Group CEO Spencer Rascoff it was stressed that researching real estate agents is just as vital as exploring the homes. Rascoff then goes to advise people that they should only hire agents after thoroughly checking their background and reviews from previous clients.

On the other hand, according to The Herald Sun, Executive General Manager Andrew Rechtman of Residential has said that more than two-thirds of those who sold their homes in Australia have revealed that choosing the right agent is the most stressful part in the process of selling their homes.

So the next question is how do you really find that real estate agent to sell your home? Or, where do you look for one? According to The Herald Sun, a successful house sale would need a real estate agent who has sold properties just like your house. For Australians who are looking into selling their house, realestate.com.au has started a revolutionized "Agent Search" engine that allows people to select an agent based on location, property type and the price range that they usually deal with.

The search results will then provide links to their profiles on the website that will provide information on how to reach them with just a few clicks.

So speaking of that stressful part of the selling process, Rechtman said, "It's one of the reasons we launched Agent Profiles in December 2014. We had an overwhelming response, with over 9.55 million page views in the first year and now we want to build on that experience by making it even easier for people to find the right agent."

Rechtman also added that his company is aware that when someone is trying to find an agent, the most important thing they want to know is the agent's experience in selling a home just like theirs. He said, "We're confident that the experience launched today on realestate.com.au will deliver that for people thinking of selling their home."
