3. De-stress through exercise

The Stress Management Society said that exercise immediately helps give a sense of wellbeing. Exercise has also been found to reduce the release of stress hormones and increase mood-enhancing chemicals to immediately help you feel better about yourself.

You can perform a variety of exercises at home even without workout and fitness equipment such as yoga or meditation, which only requires a mat.
