Where Do Big Time Realty Bosses Live?

For South Florida real estate brokers and developers, the entire globe is a battlefield, and nowhere is this true than in their own houses.

Here's the preview in the personal home of one famous real estate professional, Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development.

Gil Dezer's three-story Trump Palace condominium front door in Sunny Isles Beach is an entrance to a floor-to-ceiling view of families, enjoying the sand at the back, paddleboarding and swimming in the ocean.

Initially, when Dezer started to develop Trump Palace, he thought he wanted a penthouse unit vista. However, Charles Sieger, his architect, persuaded him to reside on the ground, explaining, "Everybody wants a penthouse, but people don't realize how nice it is to be on the ground level." So Dezer purchased the three-floor at the bottom of the 55-story tower, building what he believes to be "the ultimate beach house."

Eight years ago, he moved into his new home three months before he got married, and now shares nine and a half baths and eight bedrooms with his wife Lorena and two children, the Real Deal reported.

"My sister makes fun of me because I live in my parents' basement," Dezer happily tells a story, saying that his parents are now residing in the Intracoastal Waterway side of the tower, in a Penthouse.

Dezer's interior designer, Michael Wolk, crafted the style and design called "Timeless Classic." Dezer explained, who is presently making the Porsche Design Tower, which is in Sunny Isles Beach as well, "I let Michael Wolk give me a lot of ideas, then I massaged his ideas."

In building his 13,500-square-foot condo, Dezer put his kitchen, living room and dining room on the second floor. An egg shaped powder room, with an oval shaped toilet and sink can also be found on one of the bathrooms, while outside is a private swimming pool.
