Celebrity Real Estate: ‘Miami Beach Penthouse Where Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian Stayed Now Available for $5.9M

A celebrity real estate in Miami with ocean views is now up for grabs for $5.9 million. The Miami Beach penthouse was formerly used by TV personality sisters Kourtney And Khloe Kardashian while they filmed "Kourtney & Khloé Take Miami" in 2009 and 2010.

Listing agent Jeff Miller of Brown Harris Stevens said that the former celebrity real estate is located at unit 1001 atop the Bentley Hilton the Hilton Bentley Miami/South Beach hotel. It is said that the property was rented by the "Keeping Up The Kardashians" stars in 2009 and 2010 for eight weeks. At that time, it was operated as a room by the hotel. Rent for the penthouse runs from $2,000 to $5,000, but the Kardashians rented the property at a discounted rate, according to The Wall Street Journal.

The penthouse offers mesmerizing ocean views and has two master suites and two master baths. It has a spacious 1,880-square-foot area inside and boasts a 576-square-foot terrace which is connected to the living room. Kourtney and Khloe's former space also features a 2,000-square-foot rooftop located on the 11th floor, designed with a clandestine entertaining space, including a Jacuzzi, an infinity pool, and a landscaped terrace, Miami Curbed reports.

The property was sold by the hotel to literary agent Esmond Harmsworth in 2010 for $3.6 million. "Basically I changed everything without moving walls," Harmsworth said. This time, the unit which was occupied by the popular Kardashian sisters is being sold fully furnished.

Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian, who have a reported net worth of $25 million each, are still appearing in E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians (KUWTK.)" The sisters are making an income from  their Dash clothing store and for the products they promote online. They are also raking a huge sum of dollars for their website and mobile apps.
