Actress Abigail Spencer has purchased a property in Studio City for $1.299 million.

According to Los Angeles Times, the "Rectify" star has bought a Spanish style home that was first built in 1923. The last owner of the place recently renovated it and has expanded the property which features arched doors and windows. The residence also has vaulted ceilings, and its new master bedroom is complete with two closet spaces, while the master bathroom has a raised soaking tub.

The house's interior measures a total of 1,700 square feet, which accommodates three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has built-in bookshelves, and the living room is decorated with wrought-iron chandelier and a fireplace.

The kitchen is filled with stainless steel appliances and also has a spacious dining area. The French doors open to an inner courtyard which is decorated with bright Malibu tiles, and the house's exterior features a beautiful landscape of mature trees. Records show that the property was first listed on the market in August last year for $1.349 million.
