Stacey Snider Sells Brentwood Mansion to Scooter Braun

Stacey Snider, the brand new co-chairman of 20th Century Fox, didn't just flip jobs but also flipped a home in Brentwood, Los Angeles and the buyer happens to be the talented talent manager - Scooter Braun.

The Real Estalker via Variety broke news of the sale noting that the mansion went for $13.1 million.

Listing records state that the home is an 11,137-square-feet single-family, multi-winged residence sitting on a large 35,878-square-feet lot. The main house has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms with plush interiors. The home features mixed flooring with drywall ceilings and French doors and windows. One of the rooms has a mirror ceiling.

Luxury amenities include a library, a sitting room, a theater and a fully equipped gym among others. Outside, the house has a pool and a cabana with formal gardens and several courtyards. There is an 11-car parking garage as well.

The listing describes the residence as a "meticulously renovated Brentwood estate" done up by "architect M. Brian Tichenor and renowned designer, Kelly Wearstler." It also call the home "nothing short of impeccable."

Snider served as the CEO of DreamWorks Pictures since 2006. Her contract ended this year and she reportedly intimated film-maker, founder Stephen Spielberg that she intends to depart.

News of her upcoming departure spewed several speculations on the web, one of which was that she was soon going to join 21st Century Fox. True to the reports, Snider started at the coveted position November 03, 2014.
