The phenomenal success of "One-Punch Man" manga leaves its fans craving for more. Thus, its protagonist is noted as the hero that manga & anime deserve. Aside from the manga, the anime series also wins the heart of the fans. The latest news of the anime series is that the possible main villain of its second season is none other than Amai Mask.
Forbes reports that "One-Punch Man" manga series is not only famous in Japan but also in North America. It has garnered the no. 1 Manga Bestseller List in New York Times. The anime adaptation of ONE and Yusuke Murata is equally famous too.
Report states that it is not only the wonderful drawings of the "One-Punch Man" manga that wowed its fans but also the "actually key frame the action sequences like an anime." It is noted that the manga series has an "amazing visual kineticism," which eventually gave "an excellent starting point for their anime version."
With Madhouse handling the animation of "One-Punch Man" anime, the show is considered as "one of the finest animated series of recent memory." Now, speaking about the anime, fans have been clamoring for season 2.
According to Ecumenical News, many are expecting to see Saitama returns to the small screen for season 2. Although, manga creator Yusuke Murata said on his twitter account that he is working towards the fruition of "One-Punch Man" season 2, but there has been no formal announcement about its slated schedule.
Rumor has it that the plot of season 2 will pick up what has been left off in the last episode of "One-Punch Man" season 1. If recalled, the last episode was entitled "The Strongest Hero." The main villain Lord Boros was obviously defeated by Saitama.
Yet it has been noted also that in the last episode of "One-Punch Man," Amai Mask appeared after Saitama fought Lord Boros. Based on report, this "Class A Rank 1" hero has already "sown the seeds for further conflict with Saitama as he blamed the Class S heroes for the destruction of the city and a fight, which looked likely to erupt soon afterwards, was only narrowly averted." As season 1 is sealed, fans speculate that "that a rivalry between Saitama and Amai Mask" is destined to happen in the next installment.
