Celebrity Real Estate: Jordan Feldstein, Brother of Jonah Hill, Picks Up a Quirky Co-op in Soho for $2.3M

It seems that Jordan Feldstein wants to live near his big bro, Jonah Hill. Feldstein bought a co-op in Soho, just a block away from Jonah Hill's pad at 27 Howard Street. City records indicate that the talent manager paid $2.3 million for the duplex. The property has great features of fire engine-red railings, exposed brick, a custom wine cellar, and a private garden.

Conveniently situated in a townhouse, the duplex has a wood-burning fireplace in the open living/dining space. The living room of the home is open to the 43-foot by 13-foot landscape garden that is complete with plant beds and is surrounded by a trellis, as reported by 6sqft news.

The main floor of the house is where the contemporary kitchen is located, which features stainless steel counters, bright blue walls, warm wood cabinets, and a second bedroom.

The exposed brick downstairs gives the space a cavernous feel and is juxtaposed with beautiful railings and a fascinating built-in storage. The master suite in the same floor has a walk-in closet and an en-suite bath. It also has a small office and a laundry room.

Feldstein who married the daughter of Clint Eastwood last October, unloaded his Beverly Hills home for $3.1 million with a plan to move to NYC. But his brother, Jonah Hill, may not like the idea of his brother moving near him, as Jonah has been trying to sell his loft for over a year and was spotted checking out a condo in Noho.

Billboard news reported that the powerful 37-year-old manager, Jordan Feldstein, oversees 16 clients such as Maroon 5 (who has sold 12.4 million albums and 48 million digital songs in the United States); Big Boi; Robin Thicke; Rick Springfield; and Damian Marley. This list includes a staff of 24 at his Beverly Hills-based Career Artist Management (CAM). He also lays claim to Levine's professional fortune worth $35 million.

Today, divorcee Feldstein, father of two boys, says that he's "still learning" years after "thinking I knew it all."
