Renee Zellweger, the "Bridget Jones' Dairy" actress, has reportedly listed her home in the Hamptons for $4.45 million.

Zellweger bought the residence in 2003 for $2.15 million, property records show. Linda Haugevik of Douglas Elliman Real Estate is the listing agent.

The east Hamptons's estate is a 2,000-square-foot single-family house, comprising of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, sitting on a 0.91-acre private lot.

The gated estate opens through large gates into a stone driveway leading up to the detached two-car garage with a loft above.

Leading inside through mature gardens, one can reach the farmhouse-style home that boasts of French windows and doors, hardwood flooring and high ceilings.

Living spaces include formal drawing and dining rooms, a modern kitchen with updated appliances and more living quarters upstairs.

Outside, the home has rolling greens with ample recreation area, relaxing open porches and a guest house and a brand new gunite pool as well.

The listing describes the home as:

"Experience charm and authenticity while enjoying all the comforts of this top quality renovated farmhouse. Carefully restored with attention to details."

News of the listing comes amid rumors of Zellweger getting a facelift or surgery of sorts. The "Chicago" actress caught international headlines after she stepped out in Mississippi looking unrecognizable. Zellweger, however, has denied all those rumors and has been maintaining a positive stance about all the gossip.

"I'm glad folks think I look different! I'm living a different, happy, more fulfilling life, and I'm thrilled that perhaps it shows," HollywoodLife quoted Zellweger.

"My friends say that I look peaceful. I am healthy. For a long time I wasn't doing such a good job with that. I kept running until I was depleted and made bad choices about how to conceal the exhaustion. I was aware of the chaos and finally chose different things."
