Aside from being a smart player for Chicago Bulls, Aaron Brooks is also creating smart moves outside the court. The 30-year-old American professional basketball player is looking to build his real estate portfolio, with recently listing his Maple Valley, WA home for $2.02 million, Realtor reports.

The 8,280 square foot mansion has been on the market since September and Brooks is still looking to score a buyer for his estate. The eight-year NBA vet and his wife, Shavonne, acquired the house for just over a million bucks in 2015.

Built in 2007, the beautifully built country style manor is of luxury quality throughout. Upon entering the house, guests will set their eyes on a stunning open staircase. For a basketball star like Brooks, house parties and gatherings happen quite often, and the gracious floor plan of the house made it the perfect crib for entertaining his other basketball superstar friends and their gorgeous wives and girlfriends.
