List of Celebs In Ellen Degeneres' Real Estate Portfolio

We all know of Ellen Degeneres' success in almost aspects of her life - talk about #lifegoals! From her hit daytime self-titled talk-show, a successful love life and to her mind blowing real estate portfolio, Ellen sure is having a ball, Trulia will tell us why.

The comedian claims to have bought, flipped, and sold more than a dozen houses, and there's no stopping her real estate mogul status with the release of her very own book, Home, which contains photographs as well as pro tips in interior design from the seven homes she bought and sold.

But what makes Ellen's double life as a real estate mogul even more interesting is that she has built the brightest web in the land from buying and selling houses to and from A-list (and some B- and C-list) celebrities. Wondering who? Well, just Brad Pitt, Heath Ledger, Will Ferrell, Jennifer Lawrence, Nick Jonas and more.

Trulia makes a timeline of Ellen's real estate empire:

2004: Ellen bought "The Treehouse", a California ranch-style home in Los Angeles, LA and passed it onto producer David Weissman, who sold the property to Heath Ledger, whose estate ended up selling the property to Adrian Bellani.

2006: Will Ferrell bought Ellen's Hollywood Hills property for $9 million which the host got three years earlier from Will & Grace's co-creator, Max Mutchnik.

2007: Remember that Santa Barbara, CA house where Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries got married in 2012? It's Ellen's and she sold it to former Google CEO Eric Schmidt for $20 million.

2011: Jordana Brewster used to own a $3.375 million house in West Hollywood, CA which she sold for $3.767 to move to Mandeville Canyon, CA. But before there was Jordana, there was Ellen. Yup, Ellen had it first; she bought, flipped and sold it and made easy $230,000. It was also in the same year when she acquired Brad Pitt's bachelor's pad in Malibu, CA for $12 million. But she didn't want it for too long, as she ended up selling it to cosmetic entrepreneur Victoria Jackson for $13 million after a year.

2012: Most of us would probably just go home drunk when we're invited over for an American Idol viewing party. But Ellen? She ended up buying Mutchnik's fully furnished Beverly Hills, CA after coming over for said viewing party. She then sold it to Ryan Seacrest for $36.5 million.

2014: Not the Playboy Mansion, but the massive mid-century manse next to it called the Brody House was Ellen's purchase for the first month of 2014, spending $39.88 million. Six months after, she sold it to Napster founder and first president of Facebook Sean Parker for, guess how much - $55 mils!

In October, Ellen sold a star-studded home to Hunger Games star Jennifer Lawrence, one formerly owned by Jessica Simpson and celebrity manager Rick Yorn (who handles Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz).

2015: Can you guess who Nick Jonas' current landlord is?  You know the answer!
