New York City

Rio De Janeiro

Not only Rio is the place for all the insane carnivals, its New Year Celebration is also one of the bests in the world. Millions of people cram onto the two-and-a-half-mile stretch of sand to witness the fireworks that complement the scene and enjoy the wildest party.
