‘Zynga’ Founder Mark Pincus Wants You to Buy His San Francisco Mansion for $18 Million

Mark Pincus, the founder of 'Zynga', has you glued to the computer screens playing "Farmville" and "Castleville" for hours. And now, he wants you to come take a look at his stately mansion in San Francisco because he wants to sell it to you for a bargain of $18 million.

There is an open house scheduled for the residence Sunday, Sept. 28 and all those interested can go take a look at the "Castleville" maker's very own personal home.

The Real Estalker (via Variety) speculates that Pincus and his wife Allison never really lived in the house. Listing photos don't show any furniture either, which could further validate the speculation.

Pincus and Allison reportedly purchased the home two years ago for $16 million. Listing records do not provide square footage, but the house looks pretty big.

Comprising of seven bedrooms and six full, one half bathrooms, interiors of the residence feature hardwood flooring, beamed wooden ceilings, beautiful designer wood-craftsmanship throughout. Big windows provide panoramic views of the Frisco bay and the Golden Gate Bridge.

The house has 27 rooms. The lower level encompasses the living room, the family room and the dining room. A modern kitchen and a powder room are also a part of the floor. The upper level has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms.

A den or study, a recreation room, a bonus room, an office, a library, laundry and storage rooms are also a part of the property. There is a five-car garage available for parking.

Take a look at the photos of the home here. Want to see how it would look with some furniture in it? Head over to Curbed, where some old listing photos make it look "kind of like a boat".

Maximillian Armour of Coldwell Banker Previews International shares the listing with fellow agent Malin Giddings.

"It's very unique to have a home of this caliber and location, and to have this open. It's a unique opportunity to have people come and see it," Armour told Forbes adding that the views of the home is what makes it extraordinary.

"That's sort of the unicorn of San Francisco real estate: a house that has both a north view and a south garden," he said.
