Apple Avoiding In-House Competition, Delaying MacBook Pro 2016 Release Date to June 2016

The Apple gadgets are indeed considerably the cream of the crop when it comes to elegance and performance. That is why every now and then consumers are always on watch for the release dates of its products.

September this year, before the iPhone 6S & 6S Plus and iPad Pro was unveiled and released in the market, consumers were already looking forward for the new MacBook Pro 2016 and its launch date. However, no release date was announced by Apple concerning the MacBook 2016. According to Christian Post via Australia Network News, such move is part of a marketing strategy.

"The delay could be because the Cupertino tech giant may want to give its latest iPad Pro a longer run in the global markets. The arrival of the MacBook lineup could prove to become a competition to the iPad Pro and the company may want to avoid that. However, this may have left many fans frustrated since they may be waiting to get their hands on the 2016 MacBook series."

For the second time around, fans would have to be frustrated again. For the coveted MacBook Pro 2016 is reportedly not included in the special Apple event that is scheduled March next year. "The unnamed event, which many fans speculate to be the next "Spring Forward" event, is set to launch several new products for Apple. Some of these new products include the Apple Watch 2, iPhone 6c and the highly anticipated iPad Air 3," detailed christiantoday.

The said launch date of MacBook Pro would be on June 16 according to some rumors. This move is seen to be a strategic way to avoid any competition among Apple products.  Christiantoday also speculated that "The said move of this is most likely to avoid in-house competition. Having both the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro release simultaneously could lead to consumers choosing one over the other. By leaving one product out the other will have a significantly better chance of selling."

Though there have been no conclusive evidence of the possible release date of MacBook 2016 Pro, fans are still hopeful that Apple will not give much of a delay for the product's official release date.
