Jennifer Lopez Checked out Condo in Chelsea’s Walker Tower

Jennifer Lopez, the "On the floor" hitmaker, was reportedly spotted home hunting in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City.

The New York Post reports that Lopez was checking out some floor plans and photos of condos at the Walker Tower while she lunched at CookShop in the neighborhood. She was accompanied by Fredrik Eklund, the "Million Dollar Listing" broker who is an agent with Douglas Elliman.

The Post also reveals that the "Maid in Manhattan" actress' budget range is about $20 million. An off-market condo apparently caught Lopez's attention and the price range of that residence was between $20 million and $25 million.

According to the building's Streeteasy page, five residences are on the market including two penthouse units. While one is listed for a huge $45 million, another is asking $25 million.

Since "Jenny from the Block" would want a home fitting her budget, let's take a look at the $25 million penthouse unit at the Art deco building.

Penthouse #5 is a duplex, furnished condo that offers 3,396-square-foot of living space, comprising of three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.

The unit has large glass windows that offer beautiful views of the city's skyline and plush hardwood flooring and high ceilings. The home also has an open deck for entertaining and a modern gourmet kitchen with state-of-art appliances.

An open house is scheduled for the home Sep. 21. Take a look at the photos of the home here.

Earlier this year, a penthouse at the Walker Tower building sold for $50.9 million, setting a record for being the most expensive condo to sell in downtown Manhattan.

According to Curbed, the unidentified buyer was only five minutes in the place before deciding to purchase it.

While Lopez wants to get a bite of the Big Apple, her on-and-off flame Casper Smart recently dropped $760,000 on a Woodland Hills, Calif., home.

Smart's new bachelor pad is a 2,039-square-foot single-family home, comprising of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Take a look at that property here.
