Cain Velasquez Reduces Price of California Home to $1.59 Million

Cain Velasquez, the martial arts expert who is currently a UFC heavyweight champion, has reportedly reduced the price of his Gilroy, Calif., home to $1.59 million.

Velasquez first listed the residence for $1.69 million last month. It seems like the UFC champion is in a hurry to unload the house.

Public records of the house show that Vasquez and his wife Michelle purchased the home for $1.04 million in March 2012.

The house is a 5,138-square-foot single-family residence, comprising of five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

Interiors of the home feature plush hardwood, marble and carpeted flooring with high cathedral ceilings and large glass doors and windows.

Livings spaces include formal living and dining rooms. There is a modern kitchen with a mid-rise island that serves as another dining table top.

There is a sitting room, a children's playroom and a study or office. The master suite has an ensuite bathroom and a sitting area of its own.

Outside, the home has several covered porches and a considerable amount of open gardens. There is an attached four-car parking garage as well.

The listing description of the home reads:

Velasquez is trained in Mixed Martial Arts and is a brown belt in Guerrilla Jiu-Jitsu. He is also a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He started off his training early with American kick-boxing and is currently ranks third in the pound-for-pound official UFC ranking.
