"Pretty Little Liars" Season 6 recently revealed a poster that sparked speculations about a character's death in the second half of the season.
The poster features Aria (Lucy Hale), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Alison (Sasha Pieterse), Spencer (Troian Bellisario) and Emily (Shay Mitchell) carrying a casket while donning black sunglasses.
It has a text that says, "Are you strong enough to carry your secrets?" which apparently has a deeper meaning especially that it appears that the Liars are not carrying anyone inside it since they are lugging it effortlessly.
Fans began to speculate about who among the characters of the hit ABC Family series is inside the casket. To recall, executive producer Marlene King previously confirmed that fans could expect a character's death in the second half of season 6, MTV News reported.
In the past, "Pretty Little Liars" characters were seen wearing questionable funeral attire which also added to the fan's speculations about a death. Although some would say it could be Mrs. D since her killer isn't revealed yet.
There are various reactions of the fans about the poster wherein some shared their opinion about it.
"Trick question! Obviously, there's no one in the casket. There is no way those girls lacking serious muscle tone could carry a casket with a body inside. Anyone who has ever been a pallbearer would know how heavy they are," fan @KT said in TV Line's website.
"Idk why no one seems to know who dies in the midseason premiere. It leaked months ago. Not that I'm going to spoil it. But I'm just surprised it didn't spread more. Anyway, this poster is AMAZING. I was hyperventilating. The creative team gets an A+++. What an image. Let's just hope season 6B stands up to its promo material," fan @Michael wrote.
Meanwhile, some fans also had negative reactions about the fashion style of the Liars.
One fan @Jenny wrote, "Hmm love the Liars but this look doesn't work imo. Let's look really fashionable while lifting a really heavy casket. Okie dokie then what Hanna is wearing is hardly appropriate."
Fan @Beckers0505 added, "What are any of these girls wearing?! Love them but come on!" while @Shannon said, "What on Earth are Em and Ali wearing?"
