Christina Ricci Discounts Los Feliz Home Price to $1.54 Million

Christina Ricci, who played 'Wednesday Addams' in the 1991 hit series 'The Addams Family' and more recently 'Hannah Davies' in the ABC medical drama series 'Grey's Anatomy', has reportedly given her Los Feliz home a price chopper to list it at $1.59 million.

Ricci put the home in the market in January this year with a $1.6 million price tag. Failing to sell over the seven months, Ricci decided to discount the asking. She paid $1.5 million for the home in 2005 and if she manages to sell for the current price - she won't be able to make any profit off the sale now.

Listing records of the home state that the house is a 1,891-square-foot single family home sitting on a plush 0.28-acre lot.

Comprised of two bedrooms and two bathrooms, interiors of the home feature dark hardwood floors, large glass windows, French doors and an open floor plan.

Living spaces include a formal drawing room, a dining space, a modern kitchen and a media room. A laundry and study are also a part of the property.

Outside, the home has a covered patio, a swimming pool and a terraced garden. A covered two-car garage is also part of the property.

"Nestled in the foothills of The Oaks lies this chic traditional with custom finishes throughout. Formal entry welcomes you to a one story home centered around a sparkling pool with large covered patio and terraced gardens."

An open house is scheduled for the house Sunday, August 17, between 2.00 - 5.00 p.m. For those who cannot go to the open house, here are some great photos of the home.

News of the price chop comes just two days after it was reported that Ricci welcomed a baby boy with husband James Heerdegen - the first child for the couple, according to People Magazine.

The couple tied the knot in October last year in an intimate ceremony at the Harold Pratt House & Peterson Hall in Manhtattan, New York City.
