Suzanne Saperstein Renting This Beverly Park Mega Mansion

Suzanne Saperstein, the famous L.A. socialite who once owned the Fleur De Lys and recently sold it for a record breaking $102 million, has decamped to a relatively smaller yet humongous mansion in Beverly Park, a gated neighborhood in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The Real Estalker (via Variety) is reporting that Saperstein is shelling out some unknown amount of moolah for a 20,000-square-foot, Richard Landry-designed masterpiece in the area.

The residence in question here once belonged to Norma Zada, the founder of "Perfect 10" magazine. Zada custom-built the home and flipped it to a Saudi royal for $16.5 million in 2010. The house came up on the market for $25 million in 2011 once, but was taken off the market, according to Curbed.

In 2013, the residence was listed as an unfurnished rental on a two-year lease for $84,000 a month. But, current details of the home are unavailable.

Listing records of the house state that it has 11 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms. The multi-winged home sits on a prime 6.79-acre lot and has a 6,100-square-foot detached guest house and a 1,700-square-foot basement-level bonus room.

The glass house boasts of roomy, modern interiors with hardwood flooring, open floor plan, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass windows and huge slider doors.

The two-storey house offers panoramic views of the city and is laden with amenities like built-in custom pantry in the gourmet kitchen, a gym, a dance studio, an office and giant walk-in closets in the master suite.

Outside, the house has a pool, a spa with a hot tub, rolling gardens, a private tennis court, a cabana and a 25-car parking garage!

Take a tour of the home in a video below.

The Fleur De Lys

Suzanne and her then husband David Saperstein, founder of Metro Networks, built the 50,000-square-foot Beverly Crest mansion estate over 11 long years. After collecting adjacent plots for five years, the estate was built in a span of six years.

However, after Suzanne and David's much publicized split over infidelity issues, the socialite received the Fleur De Lys in the divorce settlement.
