Chris Bosh’s Pacific Palisades Home Up for Sale at $14.5 Million

Chris Bosh, the Miami Heat power-forward, has put up his home in Pacific Palisades for sale with a $14.5 million price tag.

This is the same home that Bosh put up for rent asking $45,000 a month in January, last year. Donald Glover, the "Community" actor leased the residence for a while. However, the Los Angeles Times is now reporting that the home is up for sale and Shen Schulz of Sotheby's International Realty is representing the home.

In 2010, the Bosh couple bought a mansion in the Miami area for $12.3 million, which is their current residence. That modern mansion is a huge 12,368 square feet gated property featuring seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms with a private dock.

Bosh purchased the Pacific Palisades home with wife Adrienne in December 2012 for $9.4 million, but used it as a spare home.

Listing records of the home state that it is a Mediterranean style villa spread across 10,755 square feet on a 1.5 acre lot.

The place is comprised of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms with a gourmet kitchen and separate staff quarters.

Along with the aforementioned features, the home also boasts of a screening room, a billiards room, a huge office/library and a modern fitness center and spa. The master suite features dual baths and walk-in closets. A wet bar separates the living room from the games room as well.

The place also offers scenic views of the ocean and has elaborate exteriors. The home has a shady veranda with an outdoor fireplace. The backyard has many tented pavilions that surround the infinity pool and a swim-up bar. An outdoor kitchen, eating space, sauna and a shower complete the exteriors.

The listing describes the place as a "luxurious villa" that is located in a "gated and fenced" are "at the top of the knoll in Palisades Highlands."

"This type of property rarely comes on the market, a must see," it added.

Earlier this year, Bosh purchased a condo in the Ritz Carlton Residences in Dallas for $3 million. Apparently, the place was once owned by Jap Van Zweden, the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Maestro and his best buddy violinist Michael Guttman. The two reportedly owned it together!
