A beachfront home in Malibu, where heiress socialite Paris Hilton is partying in for the month of July, can be yours to rent for $65,000 a month once Paris and her sister Nicki move out.
The Trulia Blog reports that Paris is leasing the residence for the whole month of July. The socialite has been hosting several parties in the area. She celebrated the Fourth of July in style throwing a lavish bash. Christina Milan, "The Voice" social correspondent was at the party with her daughter too.
Wendy Carroll of Westside Estate Agency is representing the home. The residence is reportedly a 2,645-square-feet house, comprising of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The home has floor-to-ceiling glass windows, beamed ceilings, hardwood flooring and ample views of La Costa beach. The home has a modern kitchen, a huge walk-in closet in the master suite and a sitting room.
There is a large entertainment deck, where Paris is hanging a huge disco ball!
There is a barbecue area too where she and sister Nicki are cooking up some delicious stuff.

When not at home, Paris and Nicki are out, shopping. They were spotted carrying huge shopping bags after some well-spent sister-bonding time at the Malibu shopping at Malibu Country Mart.
While the kids are renting this summer, their parents Rick and Kathy Hilton purchased a New York City pied-a-Terre at the Pierre Hotel earlier this year for $2.52 million.
Malibu is swarming with rentals right now as the summer has kicked off in full swing. There are several celebrity properties for rent and sale both.
