Did Courtney Cox Finally Find a Buyer for her A. Quincy Jones-Designed Beverly Hills Pad?

Courtney Cox, the "Friends" and "Cougar Town" actress, might have found a buyer for her plush A. Quincy Jones-designed Trousdale Estates, Beverly Hills, home.

An insider told the Real Estalker (now at Variety) that the mansion has been put into escrow for $18 million and the buyer could be the famous four-time Grammy nominated musician Dr. Luke. However, the blog asserts that it is just a rumor and the details of the deal cannot be confirmed.

The home is being shopped around as a pocket listing and Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland has the listing. The status of the property still remains "unsold/ available," which means the deal hasn't gone through yet. Perhaps they are only negotiating a deal.

Cox and her ex-husband, David Arquette, purchased the place in June 2004, when they were still blissfully married. They snagged the Trousdale Estates home for about $5.4 million. The couple renovated the place in 2006.

The residence is a 5,500-square-feet single-family home, comprising of four bedrooms and five full and one half bathrooms.

Interiors feature modern architecture with glass floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and windows. A detached office and a bi-level living room are some other highlights. Outside, the residence has a circular pool, vast recreational spaces and a six-car parking garage.

Since it is a pocket listing, only a few photos are available. Check them out here.

There is no news about how real estate was divided between Cox and Arquette. Apparently, while the two were together, they owned a private estate in Malibu. Cox also owns a condo in the famed Sierra Towers in West Hollywood, the same one where Cher - the singer - once owned the only duplex condo of the building.

While Cox's Quincy Jones pad has the rumor mill running, she has been spending the summer in style with her "Snow Patrol" rocker boyfriend Johnny McDaid. They spent her birthday in Turks and Caicos and have been staying at the Amanyara resort.

"It was very romantic and a beautiful setting for the afternoon. They shared a green cocktail and took a nap side by side. Courtney looked like there was nowhere else in the world she would rather be and just so happy to be doing what she was doing," a source told ABC News.

"Johnny was doting on her, rubbing her leg and passing her a cold towel when she got hot. They seem very happy together and totally in love," the source added.

Cox turned 50 June 15, but doesn't look a day older than 25. She was spotted sporting a skimpy black bikini showing off her toned abs and fit physique.
