Former Rental of Jenny McCarthy Up for Sale at $2.28 Million

A home in Geneva that Jenny McCarthy, the "Dirty Love" actress, once rented is up for sale with a price tag of $2.28 million.

The Chicago Tribune broke the news of the home hitting the market. McCarthy reportedly shelled out $6,900 a month for the residence. But, now that "the View" co-host is all set to tie the knot with her musician fiancé Donnie Wahlberg, she has moved to the Chicago area.

Wahlberg proposed to McCarthy in April this year and the proposal was quite unique. Talking about the moment with Australia's Jackie O radio show, she revealed:

"We were just sitting on the couch doing what girls do, which is say 'tell me how much you love me' and he [Donnie] left the room. My son Evan came running back with a piece of paper saying 'WILL.'"

He then ran away again and "then my son came back in the room and handed me a piece of paper that said 'You' and then ran away and then came back with a piece that said 'Mary' but it was spelled wrong, M-A-R-Y," she added.

At last, Wahlberg came in with Evan wearing a t-shirt that had "Me" written on it and that was it. She added that she didn't mind the gaffe one bit and broke down into tears before saying 'Yes.'

MCCarthy and Wahlberg will be married soon and they recently opened up about their marriage plans to People Magazine.

"We have three boys together. They'll be a big part. We're about who's there and what the spirit is more so than where it is and how much money we spend. That's not what it is for us," Wahlberg told the magazine.

Evan and the couple currently live in the New York City and is apparently adjusting pretty well to the new home.
