'X Factor UK': 4th Impact to Return? Error in Voting App Blamed for Group's Elimination?

The Filipino all girl-group 4th Impact was surprisingly eliminated in the latest episode of the "X Factor UK." As the judge's decision ended with a deadlock, Lauren Murray continued moving on with the competition after the public decided to end Mylene, Almira, Selena and Irene's stint in the competition.

However, fans of the group believe that an error in the voting app used in the show mistakenly ended 4th Impact's journey to the finals. A "reinstatement" is what followers of the group are now calling for.

It was an intense night for 4th Impact as they went head to head with fellow contestant Lauren Murray in "X-Factor UK's" November 30 episode. The judges had a tough call with Rita and Nick in favor of Lauren while Cheryl and Simon sided with the girl group. In the end, the Filipino group was sent home after getting the least votes from the public.

However, with fans rooting for 4th Impact to reach the finals, rumors of an error in the voting app used in the competition suggest that the girls might return to the "X Factor UK" stage.

Movie News Guide reports that issues on the voting app used during the live show were revealed by "X-Factor" co-host Olly Murrs.  Fans were later on asked to use their phones in voting for their favorite artist due to the said error. Now there are speculations that the said issue caused 4th Impact their spot in the competition and may be the reason for them to return to the show.

However, Australia Network News reports that any error that might have occurred during the night of the competition have already received corrective measures. Any issue that may have led to the elimination of 4th Impact would've been brought forward immediately, if any had ever occurred.

Fans are still adamant over 4th Impact's elimination in the "X Factor UK" stage and are hoping for a "reinstatement" due to an alleged error used in the voting app in the show. However, with the public done with their decision over Mylene, Almira, Selena and Irene's fate, fans of 4th Impact might have to let go of their hopes in seeing the girl group back in the competition.
