Brock Lesnar selling his Minnesota Home for $799,000

Here is a heavyweight deal for a low price. Brock Lesnar, the WWE star, is selling his Independence, Minn., estate for $799,000.

The Realtor Blog broke news of the deal. Martin Morgan of Morgan and Tryst Realty is representing Lesnar.

The property went on and off the market several times since 2009. It debuted with a $1.49 million asking but was delisted to re-list at $999,000 in 2010. However, it was taken off the market as soon as it was listed and has now emerged with a much lower price tag.

According to the listing records, the property is a 43-acre lot that has a 3,247-square-foot main residence, tillable land, woods, ponds and a large yard.

The main house is comprised of four bedrooms and three full and one half bathroom. The interiors feature glass windows and wooden doors with hardwood flooring and drywall ceilings. The simple home has ample parking space as well.

The listing describes the place as:

"Private home secluded on 43 acres of prime land: tillable acres, woods, pond and yard. Open floor plan, large windows, hardwood floors, large updated kitchen w/oak cabinets. Four bedrooms and two home offices, newer heated pole barn and storage barn."

Lesnar, a South Dakota native, lives just a few hours away from this property. His main house is in Alexandria, Minn.

Lesnar departed from the UFC in 2011 after suffering with diverticulitis. However, he made a comeback a year later. Speaking of his return, Lesnar said in an interview:

"I left originally because I was a caged animal 300 days a year on the road and they knew that. That was the bottom line - I don't want to be that person."

"I'm at a different stage in my life where I think I've earned all that. That was the only way I could make this happen. They [WWE] played ball and hopefully it's a win-win for both of us. I really do enjoy putting on a show," he added.
