Vivo X6 and Vivo X6 Plus Specs & Features: 4GB RAM, Fingerprint Sensors and Android 5.1 OS

The Vivo X6 and Vivo X6 Plus have just been launched in China, with the smartphones' features revealed to include fingerprint sensors, 4GB RAM and Android 5.1 OS.

The Chinese smartphone brand has just released the features of the upcoming phones Vivo X6 and X6 Plus and they don't seem to match the padded rumored specs. Both smartphones have 4GB RAM and fingerprint sensors and will run with Android 5.1 operating system, Ameri Publications reported.

The flagships, which bear a resemblance to the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, have metal bodies with AMOLED display. As for taking pictures, both have 13mp rear cameras and 8mp front camera with an aperture of f/2.2 and a LED flash. Both phones have an option for microSD, support 4G LTE, and dual-SIM feature.

On the other hand, the features of the Vivo X6 which are different from the X6 Plus include the display which is only 5.2 inches as opposed to the latter's 5.7 inches display. Not only that, the battery of the X6 is only 2400mAh while the X6 Plus has 3000mAh battery. If the X6 has a 32gb internal storage, the more expensive X6 Plus includes an internal storage of 64gb.

An impressive feature of the Vivo X6 Plus is its audio chip which is ES9028 DAC. Add to this, the said flagship has YAMAHA YSS-205X digital surround chip and ES9603 amplifier. Vivo is known for the Hi-Fi sound experience and it does not disappoint in this regard by adding the high-end features for better sound quality.

The flagship phones will be available in three colors, according to Digital Trends. Users can choose from rose gold, gold and silver. The Vivo X6 will be sold for around $400 while the Vivo X6 Plus will be sold at about $500. As of the moment, it is still unsure if the Chinese brand smartphones will be available in the United States and Europe.
