And now, the Realtor reported that skinny homes are also trending in the market especially to those cities with shortage of land areas. Like in New Orleans, it is difficult to find large land areas to build houses and most of the time, small and weird shape lots are the ones available.

This ultra-skinny house in New Orleans, which is only 978-square-foot home on an 880-square-foot lot, is listed in the market for $375,000. Given its unusual lot size, this three-story house has a lot of curb appeal. Its exterior has a design of two-angled rectangles which swoop down and meet each other in the middle.

The main floor of the house gives an airy and industrial-inspired ambiance open living area and dining space. A simple and neat concrete floors and rows of windows which look out into a brick wall will welcome the owner and its guests.
