Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are selling their Los Angeles mega-manse to Dr.Dre?

Several tabloids are reporting that Gisele Bundchen, the Brazilian super-model, and her quarterback husband Tom Brady have managed to find a buyer for their humongous Los Angeles pad in Dr. Dre, the famous record producer/rapper. But how true is the news?

A source close to the rapper confirmed to E!Online that Dr.Dre has swooped in on the mansion.

"He's about to close on the house he and his wife Nicole purchased," the source said.

TMZ is also reporting that the Dr.Dre "fell in love" with the eco-friendly mansion and made a solid offer beating all the other bids that poured in for the home.

However, listing agent Stephen Shapiro told Zillow that the home has not sold yet. He didn't comment if the home was under contract or if Dr. Dre was buying it.

Bundchen and Brady put the home on the open market for $50 million. They moved into the place just a year ago after spending a lavish $20 million on refurbishments. They snagged the property for $11 million in 2008, opening its doors to the Architectural Digest in 2013.

"I like simplicity and coziness. I want to live in a place that feels like a real home, where you can put your feet up on the couch and just relax," Bundchen told the publication.

"Gisele and I have eight sisters between us, and there are lots of kids. We built this house as a sanctuary for our family - a place where we can enjoy being together," Brady added. "It was important for us to plant roots for our family, and since we both enjoy the creative process, we decided to start from scratch."

Listing records of the Los Angeles home state that their current residence is a 13,890-square-foot, multi-winged, single-family home comprised of five bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Designed by famous architect Richard Landry, the home is a luxurious French Chateau boasting beamed ceilings, mixed flooring, antique doors and marble fireplaces.

Other features include a state-of-art gym, separate his and her walk-in closets in the master suite and a lavish chef's kitchen. The exteriors are even more beautiful with a koi-moat, a lagoon-shaped swimming pool, a chicken coop and manicured greens. A six-car garage is also available on the property, as is a custom playground for children in the backyard and eco-friendly appliances.

The couple also owns a $14 million condo in the posh One Madison building in Manhattan. The residence has beautiful views of the city, which "allows Brady to look down on Gotham as Batman," according to Page Six.
