American actress Amy Irving has bought a posh apartment located at 75 Central Park West for $8.995 million, a report from the New York Post said on Tuesday. Irving's palatial apartment has a spacious three-bedroom and a 4½-bath home. According to a report from Streeteast, the apartment "was on the market a mere 23 days."

"Irving's new residence comes with keyed elevator access that opens into the loft-like apartment - and 63 feet of Central Park views. The home, which is smart-wired, also features a living room and library that are separated by back-to-back gas fireplaces. The master suite boasts lots of closet space, a dressing area with cherry closets and a steam shower in the spa-like bathroom, while the chef's kitchen comes with a wine fridge," the report said.

The Manhattan apartment also features "a windowed eat-in chef's kitchen, 11-foot ceilings, classic moldings and herringbone floors. The listing broker is Corcoran's Rose Ann Nielsen." It was said that Irving has listed her five-bedroom luxurious residence at Prasada for $11.5 million. The residence is located at 50 Central Park West and sits on a 3,200-square-foot real estate property.

Irving's Prasada apartment has "five spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms and two maids' rooms. The apartment also comes with a grand foyer, a curved hallway and a double-length living room large enough for a grand piano and multiple seating areas," according to the listing notes. Future residents of the house will be attracted to the property's intricate and elegant decorative fireplaces and beamed dining room, among others.

"Amy Irving is an American actress who has a net worth of $120 million. Irving made her off-Broadway debut in 1970.
