American actor, voice actor, and comedian Hank Azaria is planning to buy a palatial home for his family. Azaria, who is known for both his "The Simpsons" voice over and for Emmy Award's accolades, has recently toured a new luxurious apartment in an 11-unit building located at 182 W. 82nd St. in New York City, a report from the New York Post said on Monday.
According to the report, the posh fourth-floor apartment is actually a "four-bedroom, 3½-bathroom residence." It was said that Azaria currently lives in a luxurious home located in Upper West Side together with Katie Wright, his wife, and son, Hal.
"The 2,766-square-foot apartment is on the market for $5.99 million. It comes with its own elevator landing, a large entry foyer, and a loft-like layout with light-filled living and dining rooms. There's also an open chef's kitchen with a marble breakfast bar, two wall ovens and a wine fridge. The master suite boasts a spa-styled bathroom with a double shower and a soaking tub. There are also lots of closets and a laundry room. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman and gym. The listing broker is Douglas Elliman's Ann Cutbill Lenane," the report said.
It can be recalled that back in 2014, Azaria has reportedly purchased a real estate property at 75 Central Park West for $9.22 million. He was also the former owner of another lavish apartment located at 84 Mercer St. which was sold to American actress and producer Meg Ryan. It was said that Ryan had bought the apartment from Azaria for $8 million through "Third World Dog Trust," an LLC, which represented as the buyer on sale.
