‘Real Housewives of Miami’ star Joanna Krupa and Romain Zago list Miami condo for $1.9 million

Joanna Krupa of the "Real Housewives of Miami" fame and her husband Romain Zago have listed their condo at the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami, Fla., for $1.9 million.

Krupa purchased the place last year for $1.3 million through a $1.1 million mortgage. She had just tied the knot in 2012 and settled down with her groom in the beautiful two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo apartment in the plush hotel.

Prior to moving into the condo, the couple was living in a 4,472-square-foot waterfront house comprised of four bedrooms and three bedrooms. Krupa purchased the place for $3.4 million in 2011. They put the home on rent for $16,000 a month when they moved out, the Trulia Blog reports.

News of the listing comes at a time when speculations about the show's cancellation are rampant. Rumors of Bravo channel booting the reality show have been doing the rounds for quite some time.

Krupa's listing has just added fuel to the raging rumors. She had earlier expressed that she wanted to take on the notorious Brandi Glanville of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills." Her comments had triggered a fresh round of gossip that she wanted to move to the Beverly Hills franchise. However, she addressed the rumors promptly on Instagram:

Earlier in March this year, there were other rumors of her Encino home being foreclosed. However, she denied those claims too. She said she didn't even own a home there!

The condo at Four Seasons Hotel spans an area of 2,134 square feet. Interiors have floor-to-ceiling glass windows offering panoramic views of the city, marble and tiled flooring and a simple floor plan.

The floor plan reveals a long foyer leading up to the large living room. A guest bedroom and the master suite complete with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room with walk in closets. The kitchen and a bathroom are to the right. There is small terrace as well.

Krupa now owns another home in Hollywood Hills, which was once showed on "RHOM", when she travelled to Los Angeles with co-stars Lisa Hocstein and Lea Black.
