‘Criminal Minds’ Season 11 Episode 9 Spoilers: ‘Internal Affairs’

BAU is tasked to help the National Security Agency in tracking down a missing DEA agent and finding links between an underground online drug syndicate and the disappearance and murder of DEA agents.

The ninth episode of "Criminal Minds" season 11 is called "Internal Affairs" and the BAU find themselves tag teaming with the NSA to hunt down an underground ring that sells drugs online. According to Movie News Guide, the NSA taps the BAU to get their expertise on profiling and help them paint a picture of what happened to a DEA agent who is reported missing after police find two of his fellow agents dead. Hodge takes the opportunity to help his team track the "Dirty Dozen" assassins who are out to get Garcia. He hopes that the assets and intel from the NSA will boost their chances of getting one step ahead of their target, who has eluded them quite skillfully so far.

Garcia is also showing signs of vulnerability with her situation, being the target of assassination and unable to help her team in solving crimes like she is used to. She is also made to avail of help from the witness protection program under orders from Hodge.

Meanwhile, in a report by TV Guide, Rossi has been divorced thrice and for the veteran BAU agent, three is the limit. He has vowed never to walk down the aisle for the fourth time and so far he has kept his end of the deal. He is happy with his relationship with his daughter Joy but according to reports, it seems Joy's mom Hayden aka Mrs. Rossi number two will be making an appearance this season. Will Rossi be able to hold on to his vow?

Showrunner Erica Messer said, "We're talking about, since Joy is in the picture, her mom being in the picture again as well. We haven't ironed all of that out yet ... but that's been a point of discussion that we've had. That might be a nice thing for Rossi to find later in life, to actually find that happiness that he was looking for so much when he was younger."
