Daniel Radcliffe now faces hot controversy regarding what he said in his previous interview Playboy about masturbating.
According to Entertainment Weekly, one of the questions that was asked to Daniel during his Playboy interview was about growing up in the set of "Harry Potter" and he was asked, "For most teenage boys, their lives revolve around finding a chance to masturbate. Is there time for that on a movie set?"
Daniel then answered, "Yeah, I was like every other teenager in that sense. My favorite line about masturbation is Louis C.K.'s, something like, 'I found out about it when I was 11, and I didn't skip a day.' I think I started very early - before my teens."
He explained further and made it clear about "not doing it on set" and said, "I wasn't going, 'When is Alan Rickman going to nail this scene so I can run back to my trailer?'"
Even though Daniel pointed out that he did not do it on set, still others indicate that he did and took what he said in a wrong way.
In his recent interview with NME the "Harry Potter" star once and for all cleared things up and said, "I didn't say I wanked on set." Daniel explained, "It's frustrating when you tell a story and say, 'Yes, I wanked a lot when I was a teenager,' but clearly I didn't mean on set."
It has been reported that Daniel was confused as he heard the question. But then he continued his explanation and said, "Can you make this clear for me: I was not wanking during the filming of Potter - I managed to restrain myself until I got home."
According to Hollywood Life, Daniel did not deny that he was like any other teenager at that time but he also made it clear enough for others to understand that he did not do it on set and that he was able to maintain his professionalism.
