The house is just a half mile away from the $47.5 million property of Richard Gere at 26 Actors Colony Road, and is also near the house of Jimmy Buffet.

According to the New York Post, the home of David Scott sits on 2.7 acres and comes with a pool. The property is also close to Sag Harbor Village. Corcoran's Mala Sander and Sotheby's Dana Trotter are the listing brokers of the property.
