Warning: Spoilers ahead! Read on if you want to learn more about the details of this story.

"General Hospital" spoilers for the upcoming week from Soap Central detail that Jason will finally decide on fixing himself and his issues after realizing his true identity. First off, Jason will confess his feelings for Liz.

There has been several GH rumors from Celeb Dirty Laundry which note on the possibility that Jason will divorce Sam and will choose to marry Liz. While this is likely to happen given that Jason still does not recall being married to Liz nor does he have any special feelings for her at the moment, their wedding may not happen at all. As most GH fans and viewers know, Jason still has no idea that Liz knew about his identity long before the big reveal was made known to everyone.

GH fans and viewers are expecting that Jason will leave Liz for good once he finds out the truth. It looks like little Jake may come in handy in this case, as GH spoilers further hint that Sam will overhear little Jake talk about a secret about Jason between Liz and Laura. Sam will ask Jake to share his secret with her. Will she finally learn that Liz has been lying to Jason all along?

Meanwhile, things will continue to get messy between Dante, Lulu and Valerie, as Lulu will catch Dante in bed with Valerie. While Lulu recently realized that she cannot let go of Dante, the latter shared an intimate moment with Valerie while he was wallowing in tears. Will Lulu choose to move on from Dante this time?

"General Hospital" airs Monday to Friday on ABC.
