'The Big Bang Theory' Season 9 Episode 10 Spoilers: Sheldon Gets A Visit From Old Friend; Will He Get Back Together With Amy?

Shamy fans would be happy to know that the spoilers for "The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 10 hints that Sheldon (Jim Parsons) and Amy (Mayim Bialik) might be on their way to getting back together.

In the season 8 finale, Amy broke up with Sheldon after feeling that their relationship is not progressing. In the previous episodes of season 9 it was also revealed that Sheldon was planning on proposing to Amy but things did not go as plan when he saw her kissing another man. According to International Business Times, the ex-couple might just be rekindling their relationship in the new episode as it was reported that the two will confess their love for each other.

In "The Big Bang Theory" season 9 episode 9, Amy proposed that they get back together after spending the holiday as friends when she realizes how much she misses him. However, Sheldon was the one who turned her down this time leaving Amy heart broken. Christian Post reported that Sheldon will be having a surprise visit from an old friend who will help him make major decisions in his life. It was reported that Professor Proton also known as Dr. Arthur Jeffries (Bob Newhart) who died in season 7 will make an appearance in the new episode and will give his old friend some good advice.

It was revealed that Professor Proton will be appearing to Sheldon in a Jedi garb considering that Sheldon is a big Star Wars fan. Can Professor Proton give a sound advice to Sheldon which can lead to rekindling of his relationship with Amy?

Spoilers reveal that when Sheldon rejected Amy, she went to meet with her other boyfriend Dave (Stephen Merchant) to patch things up with him. But it was said that Sheldon will arrive and interrupt a kiss that was about to happen and profess his love for Amy.

"The Big Bang Theory" season 9 will go on a break for the holidays and will be back for episode 10 on December 10.
