"Just Cause 3", the upcoming open world game from developer Avalanche Studios and Square Enix, finally has its spec for PC revealed ahead of its launch in Dec. 1, 2015.
According to GameSpot, just like other AAA games "Just Cause 3" requires a 64-bit operating system. You will also need high quality video card and at least 2GB of RAM. The developers have released a video demonstrating the 4K quality of the game's graphics. Avalanche Studios also released a clip with some of its staff talking about the new engine and destruction system of "Just Cause 3."
The minimum PC requirements were also posted on Steam. As stated on the Steam Page:

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K, 3.3 Ghz | AMD Phenom II X6 1075T 3 Ghz

At the Steam Store, the product description reads, "With over 1000 km² of complete freedom from sky to seabed, Rico Rodriguez returns to unleash chaos in the most creative and explosive ways imaginable." Steam currently offer a 10% discount on preorders. The discount applies to all packages for "Just Cause 3": the base game, Just Cause 3 XL (the game with "Just Cause 3" DLC: Air, Land & Sea Expansion Pass) and the upgrade. Aside from the discount, those who preorder the game are entitled to three exclusive weaponised vehicles and a Final Argument Sniper Rifle as the bonus item. The Special promotion will on launch date, Dec. 1.
