'Halo 5 Guardians' Developers Tease about December DLC

"Halo 5 Guardians" was launched with a blast and the developers at 343 Industries are still on their feet to continue working on quality content for the game's fans.

As previously reported, the free update for "Halo 5 Guardians" called "Battle of Shadow and Light" just went live. The said update comes with 48 REQs content and four new Big Team Battle maps that can cater to this newly introduced 8v8 Big Team Battle mode. Aside from that 343 industries has promised to bring back the Halo 5 Forge Tools before the end of the year.

Now, according to Gamespot, the "Halo 5 Guardians" developer is teasing fans with more content expected to be released next month. "Halo 5" just had a live stream that gave a sneak peak at December's DLC. According to Gamespot, the clip demonstrated the new weapons, weapon skins, and armor that the players might get from the upcoming downloadable content or DLC.

One of the weapons appear to resemble the M41 Rocket Launcher. In the said clip the player also appeared to have obtained a Mark IV helmet and some black and gold weapon skins. This is expected to be another one of the free updates that 343 Industries had promised. It first free update went live just recently. We can expect more free updates to come in the coming weeks or months.

"Halo 5 Guardians" is a first person shooter game exclusive to Xbox One. It was released in October 27, 2015 and it was a "blockbuster" hit on launch date. As previously reported, "Halo 5: Guardians" has grabbed the number one spot in UK all-format charts within the first week following its release. Gamespot has reported that "Halo 5" garnered $400 million on the day it was launched, making it a new Halo franchise record.
