Hill Center Brentwood to House Food Establishments, First Tennessee Bank and More

Hill Center Brentwood, which is currently under construction, has just announced that restaurants Yeah! Burger and Namah Sushi Bar will be leasing spaces once the Center is completed.

Brentwood's developer divulged that a few more retail shops and dining restaurants will be occupying the area. The Atlanta-based Yeah! Burger in Hill Center Brentwood will be the first of the burger chain's store to open in Nashville. Joining Yeah! as first-time Nashville food outlet is Uncle Julio's, a casual Mexican restaurant. On the other hand, Namah Sushi Bar, which was also announced to lease a space in Brentwood, will be the bar's second outlet in Nashville, the Tennessean noted.

Yeah! Burger, named one of the 10 best burger spots in the US, is reportedly occupying about 2,800 sq. ft. area while Namah Sushi Bar, which offers traditional sushi, is reported to be renting a 3,500 sq. ft. area. Uncle Julio's rental space was not mentioned but was said to be eyeing an opening of either late 2016 or early 2017.

Aside from the dining options, Hill Realty mentioned that First Tennessee Bank will also rent a space at Hill Center Brentwood. The bank will rent out around 31,000 sq. ft. of space in Brentwood, according to Nashville Post.

First Tennessee Bank president Carol Yochem said that Hill Center Brentwood is perfect for their company. "As First Tennessee continues to grow in Middle Tennessee, we want to bring together our relationship managers and other customer service employees in a location close to the companies and individuals we serve."

Although the main office of the bank is located in Memphis, the Hill Center Brentwood branch will be a beneficial addition.

Retail stores are also said to be renting space at the center. Among these outlets include Cosmetic Market, Cori & Co., and Hand and Stone.

Hill Center Brentwood is expected to be fully operational by 2017 but many of the establishments will start opening as early as 2016.
