Celebrity Real Estate: Ginnifer Goodwin's Hollywood Home Offers a Happily Ever After Life

Ginnifer Goodwin, who stars in ABC's Once Upon a Time, owns an antique-filled home with a design concept that showcases century-old wallpaper and flea-market finds. The two-bedroom home was once owned by Charlie Chaplin, a pioneer in the motion picture industry.

Ginnifer moved many years ago to this place, and she is still outfitting the home up to now, and with her second baby coming, her fans are eager to see the nursery.

The house features a large tufted ottoman in the center that can hold a tray of drinks when entertaining guests. It also features Ginnifer's owl collection that helps personalize the area, according to Popsugar.

Taking a glimpse of Ginnifer's office will reveal the old-fashioned secretary desk with a pretty coral paint. The beautiful Persian rug and glossy black window panes give a sophisticated feel in the kitchen. The main wall in Ginnifer's back entryway is adorned by 150-year-old blue-and-cream wallpaper.

A modern-day Snow White is portrayed by Ginnifer Goodwin on ABC's Once Upon a Time. The 34-year-old actress has flawless porcelain skin, signature raven hair, and delicate elfin features. What is more interesting is, she's still concerned with her "inner eight-year-old, who has always wanted to be a Disney princess," says Goodwin.

When the actress is filming in Vancouver, she still flies to L.A. just to sleep in her own bed. She chose the two-bedroom house in Whitley Heights, a Hollywood Hills enclave where Charlie Chaplin once lived, for its seclusion. She bought the place from Busy Philipps in 2007. Previous tenants of the historic home include Rachel Bilson and Rose McGowan, as reported by Elle.

The home has features of an elegant living room with high ceilings, dramatic green drapes, and a cozy dining area.

"This is my sacred space, my heaven, my oasis," says Goodwin. "I want, walking in, to feel like it's the kind of place where people stop by unannounced and it's hard to get them to leave."
