Samsung Galaxy Note 3 LTE N9005 Update: Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Custom ROM Rolls Out from Phronesis

Galaxy Note 3 LTE N9005 is in for a big surprise once they get a hold of the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with a custom ROM through Phronesis. This newly updated custom firmware is already available in the market.

Custom ROM developer Phronesis has released the new Lollipop version of Android 5.1.1 for the handsets of Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The firmware with a 1.3GB size is expected to bring a more attractive user interface, repairs to improve the performance, and the latest different features.

Phronesis Android 5.1.1 Lollipop's exceptional features with custom ROM will have a different language support, animation, repair for Stagefright vulnerability, a selection of sound control in power settings, and increased battery life. Given all these features, the users of Note 3 will certainly have fun with their device, the Latino Post reported.

Android's latest firmware update is not actually an official upgrade provided by Samsung as the custom ROM is only the one which requires a custom recovery in order to flash on the device a ROM zip file. So if the users wish to have it installed, they have to do the steps carefully and properly.

Galaxy Note 3 users should also need to have a back-up of all data in case the update erases all that are stored in it. The device should have been rooted before the custom ROM is installed, and make sure that the battery has been charged to prevent malfunction due to interruptions while in the process.

The installation, moreover, will void the warranty of the device, preventing the users from getting future updates. Therefore, the users are advised to observe the proper installation process to avoid any issues, Neurogadget shared.

Phronesis' firmware Android 5.1.1 Lollipop with custom ROM as a whole, will help Samsung Galaxy Note 3 provide better user performance. To see the new and improved features, download this latest update now.
