"The Wolf of Wall Street" yacht available to rent for $125,000 a month (VIDEO)

"The Wolf of Wall Street" yacht portrayed in the Martin Scorsese flick based on the true story of Wall Street broker Jordan Belfort is up for rent for just $125,000 a month.

"Lady M" was used in the movie to portray Belfort's yacht, "Nadine," which he named after his English-born second wife. Originally built for designer Coco Chanel in 1961, the boat sank in 1997 after Belfort ordered the captain to venture into a rough Tyrrhenian Sea storm. While all the people aboard were rescued by the Italian coast guard, the ship's sinking took with it eight jet skis, a seaplane and a helicopter.

For the movie, scenes were shot aboard the 148-foot yacht, "Lady M" in the North Cove Marina, New York. Its interiors were given a makeover for the shooting.

Originally built in 2002, Lady M got a significant facelift in 2011. Interiors of the yacht are designed by Daniella Speight. According to its official listing, the boat can accommodate about 10 guests in its five staterooms. It has two double cabins, one twin cabin and one VIP stateroom. It also has space for 8 crew members on board. The boat is completely air conditioned, Wi-Fi-ready and has a Jacuzzi on the deck.

"With a cruising speed of 15 knots, a maximum speed of 18 knots and a range of 2600nm from her 44,474-liter fuel tanks, she is the perfect combination of performance and luxury," the listing reads.
