Jennifer Lawrence Dating: 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2' Star Reveals She Has Lonely Dating Life -- ‘I Can't Wait to be Married'

Jennifer Lawrence, the lead star of "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2," has recently confessed to having a hard time finding her romantic date despite her fame, wealth and A-list standing in the Hollywood movie scene.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Lawrence, 25, revealed her Saturday nights were lonely because nobody would ask her out. She also mentioned that guys were being "mean" to her.

"I know where it's coming from, I know they're trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings," the actress said. "I'm just a girl who wants you to be nice to me. I am straight as an arrow."

Lawrence could be single and lonely for now, but in a US Weekly report, she was revealed to have a high-profile relationship with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, which ended only recently. Their relationship reportedly lasted for almost a year.

Apart from her recent breakup, Lawrence also had a romantic involvement with Nicholas Hoult, her "X-Men" co-star. Lawrence and Hoult had a three years on and off relationship which ended August 2014. However, according to reports, the 25-year-old actor was "determined to win the blonde actress back" while they were filming "X-Men: Days of Future Past."

Lawrence also told Vogue that she felt she needed to meet a man "who has been living in Baghdad for five years who has no idea of who I am." She also confessed that she felt "insecure" with others despite her achievements.

"It's strangely exhilarating because you keep trying to fight for that validation. You want to have [validation] before you get married, so that you don't seek it out once you are," the "Joy" lead actress said during her interview.

Lawrence went on to talk about marriage and her expectations.

"I can't wait to be married," Lawrence shared. "I feel like if I find that one person who I want to spend the rest of my life with, who I want to be the father of my children, that I would absolutely not f--k it up."

While her current dating life seems empty, the actress has several projects that keep her busy at the moment. The highly anticipated "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2," where she reprised her lead role as Katniss Everdeen, is set to hit theaters on Nov. 20. Her other film "Joy," which is directed by David O. Russell, is scheduled to be released in December.

The Oscar award-winning actress was recently named by Forbes as the "highest paid actress in 2015," with over $52 million earnings last year.
