Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian already called it quits, but rumors regarding their relationship never seem to end. Months after their split, Scott checked into rehab. The website then added that this is the longest time Scott ever stayed at a rehabilitation facility.
As per Celeb Dirty Laundry, Scott's fellow substance abusing peers said he's been giving them inside scoop regarding his personal relationships. The website then added that Disick has been bragging non-stop about his previous faults to anybody that would lend him an ear.
A report from Life & Style website even stated that he proudly told his peer that he cheated on Khloe with her SISTERS! The website then added that he's been doing it with the Kardashian sisters, except Kim. It was even stated that Scott was the one who initiated the act.
As per the magazine, Scott Disick told his pals that he had a one night stand with Kylie Jenner earlier this year. And just last year, he bragged about making out with Khloe at the Hamptons Hotel Shower.
Earlier this year, Scott made the headlines as reports emerged that he was caught in bed while watching movies with Khloe. This may have created fuzz between the couple but Scott repeatedly denied the allegations that he slept with her. He then swore they never did anything inappropriate.

People Magazine then reported that Scott was asked to come clean and confess everything to Kourtney.
