Episode 6 of The Flash Season 2 will have Barry (Grant Gustin) face his arch nemesis, Zoom (Tony Todd).
The sneak peek video teases how Barry should face a meta-human foe first before being able to face Zoom. Moreover, Dr. Light is back again after she fought with Barry in episode 5. She, of course, wants revenge.
Barry would fight Dr. Light again as the sneak peek video shows. However, things are not in his favor as she has become faster and stronger than usual. Not taking any longer, Barry will be helpless. With the sudden emergence of Dr. Light, there is a slight twist. It can be remembered that Barry was able to lock Dr. Light in the S.T.A.R. Labs.
Well, apparently, according to IBTimes, it is not Dr. Light. It is a Dr. Light look-alike, Linda Park (Malese Jow), which seems to be part of plan of The Flash in order to face Zoom.
The synopsis teases that according to Iris (Candice Patton), Linda is the best tool for them to lure Zoom to Earth 1 since she does look a lot like Dr. Light. This is where the idea of roleplaying the entire scenario was born. Linda will wear the suit of meta-human that was locked up in S.T.A.R. Labs in episode 5 , and she will be trained on how to mimic the superhero powers. They will make it look like Dr. Light was able to kill The Flash, and hope that Zoom just might appear in Earth 1.
"Maybe if she did not scream every time she fired," Earth 2 Dr. Wells (Tom Cavanagh) chides.
"The Flash" airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EST on the CW.
