Rapper Big Sean Buys $1.6 million Home in Hollywood Hills

Rapper Big Sean, the "dance" hitmaker has reportedly purchased a home in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles for $1.6 million, according to several news reports.

Celebuzz reported Big Sean's purchase sometime in August, stating that the rapper had snagged the large mock-med style residence sometime in June.

Co-incidentally, Big Sean's fiancé, Naya Rivera, the 'Glee' star sold her Beverly Hills home in June. She had listed it for $2.1 million in April and managed to unload it in just a few months (thanks to her 'Real Estately' mother, Yolanda Rivera), albeit, for a slight loss at $1.93 million. Rivera also purchased a home in Los Feliz for $2.6 million soon after she listed the Beverly Hills place.

However, coming back to Big Sean, the rapper's digs might look like just another mundane home from the outside but is a plush property from the inside, reports The Real Estalker.

The home is a 4500 square feet single family home. Comprising of five bedrooms and four full and one half bathroom, the house features lovely floor-to-ceiling glass windows that provide panoramic views of the city. The three-story home has an open plan and gives an easy inside-outside flow. Multiple spacious balconies allow for relaxed lounging and apparently, that is where Big Sean does most of his thinking.

He posted a picture of himself on Instagram, standing on the balcony with his thinking cap on with a caption:

Naya and Big Sean have been so much in love, they ooze 'cute'! They got engaged sometime in early October, after dating for about six months. Naya confessed that the two met on twitter and kept tweeting to each other until '140 characters' couldn't suffice anymore, reports People Magazine.

They recently went on a date night, Naya revealed on twitter.
