'The Bachelor' 2016 Spoilers: Hometown Dates Teased, Becca Tilley Not Part of Final Four

"The Bachelor" 2016 season of Ben Higgins has finally revealed their final four, which unexpectedly excluded Becca Tilley who was reported as a frontrunner of the show.

After taking his final six girls to his hometown in Warsaw, Indiana, he has chosen his final four that included Amanda Stanton, Caila Quinn, Lauren Bushnell, and JoJo Fletcher. Higgins then proceeded to hometown dates with the four girls, Reality Steve reported.

Stanton's hometown date in California was filmed first where Higgins met Stanton's two young daughters, Kinsley and Charlie. Their date was filmed in a secluded island at Treasure Island in Laguna Beach.

The second hometown date was with Quinn wherein part of their date was filmed at Western Reserve Academy in Hudson, Ohio where she attended high school. Higgins also met Caila's family and they spent time walking around the downtown area together.

The third hometown date was filmed in Dallas, Texas where Fletcher lives. What happened during the day wasn't revealed yet but it was reported that Higgins had a dinner with Fletcher and her family at their home in Argyle. Meanwhile, Bushnell was the last date of Higgins filmed in Portland, Oregon.

After the final four hometown dates, a rose ceremony will be held to select the final three who will then proceed to the overnight fantasy dates. Speculations indicate that it is Stanton who will be eliminated from the four bachelorettes.

Meanwhile, Becca Tilley who was reported as a frontrunner was actually eliminated during a rose ceremony in Higgins' hometown. According to reports, it is not surprising that Tilley was eliminated because Higgins didn't want to have rejects from Chris Soules' season. To recall, Tilley was a runner up of last year's "The Bachelor," International Business Times reported.

The final rose ceremony is said to be scheduled on Nov. 18 if things will go according to plan.

The Bachelor 2016 season premieres on Jan. 4, 2016 on ABC.
