Well-known Italian photographer, Francesco Carrozzini, who also happens to be to Lana Del Rey's boyfriend, just recently acquired a lavish home Beverly Hills, according to Design and Trend.
The home reportedly cost Carrozzini a whopping $5.4 million. The price is no surprise with the fact that the property is located in one of the most private places off one of the most desirable private roads in Beverly Hills. Rumor has it that he has bought the house for Lana Del Rey. And moving in to this lavish property seems permanent as the photographer has reportedly listed his townhouse in Greenwich Village, New York City for $16 million.
Now moving away from the rumor and down to the facts. Details of the 5,446-square-foot home can be found in Trulia, where it states that the new Beverly Hills home has four bedrooms and six bathrooms. The property offers a spectacular view of canyons and leafy trees of Los Angeles while tucked away in complete seclusion. But there will never be "Summertime Sadness" with the properties lavish amenities. It has a theater, chef's kitchen and expansive living room with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The home was originally built in 1982 and it boasts of a classic step-down pool and full cabana.
In addition, the property has 161,000 square feet of undeveloped lots. And these lots can be a perfect spot for Lana Del Rey to build a magnificent recording studio if she wants to.
Lana Del Rey, the 30-year-old sultry singer from New York City has recently released her Album titled "Honeymoon" that features songs like "Honeymoon" and "High By the Beach". On the other hand, The Daily Mail has reported that Carrozzini just recently did a photo shoot of Chris Brown and his daughter Royalty
