‘The Returned Season 2’ Updates and Spoilers: Episode 2 Synopsis of ‘Les Revenants’ American Version Released

Last Saturday night, 'The Returned Season 2' premiered in Sundance TV which reconnects viewers with their Season 1 favorite characters - of course, with a whole new twist. The drama adaptation on the French TV Series 'Les Revenants,' will continue to surprise viewers next week with episode 2, subtitled 'Milan.'

Episode 1 ended with the doctors preparing for the labor of Adèle's (Clotilde Hesme) despite the fact that she explained that she is only six months pregnant with the baby. However, according to the doctors, the baby was already fully developed.

And that didn't shock us more than the confession Adèle made to Père Jean-François (Jérôme Kircher). She said that the father wasn't Thomas (Samir Guesmi) and that she had tried multiple times to abort the baby. Viewers can expect Adele to deliver the baby even at premature stage in episode 2.

According to IBTimes, the synopsis teases that Lucy (Ana Girardot) will "convince Simon (Pierre Perrier) to search for his son."

We can only predict from that statement that Adèle has gone into hiding with the baby. Is it her way to get rid of her son? Or is Simon having second thoughts about taking the baby away from his mother?

On the other hand, there will be new 'Returnees,' too. But, they will threaten the security of Julie (Céline Sallette), Victor (Swann Nambotin), Camille (Yara Pilartz) and Claire (Anne Cosnsigny). Although Camille tries to explain everything to Audrey (Armande Boulanger) and Esteban (Thomas Doret) after they get brought to the new community of the dead, things are getting complicated.

They eventually will have to worry about a group of the dead that could be dangerous to the community.

'An intimidating figure from his past' will confront Serge (Guillaume Gouix). Upon reuniting with his mom in the final moments of the premiere episode of Season 2, the guess is whether the figure is his father.
