'That '70s Show' Actor Wilmer Valderrama Lists Tarzana Estate for $3.5 Million
Actor Wilmer Valderrama, popularly known for his role as "Fez" in "That '70s Show", has listed his Tarzana estate for sale at an asking price of $3.5 million.
Described as a "suburban party pad" by The Real Estalker blog, the property reportedly has three structures including a 5,000-square-foot, 3-bedroom main house, a 2-garage, 2- bedroom guesthouse and a 2,300-square-foot multi-purpose house with a production suite, office, conference room, game room and gym.

According to a Hollywood Life report, Valderrama recently sent the starlet a heartfelt birthday tweet. Sources also confirmed to the tabloid that the two have been seeing each other for months now and rumors also have it that they're planning to get hitched sometime soon.
